What exactly happens inside The Sassy Self-Worth Rebrand?
This 12-week 1:1 coaching experience is designed to help you heal old relationship wounds, rebuild unshakable self-worth, and rebrand your confidence from the inside out. Each session is personalised — a mix of deep coaching, mindset rewiring, somatic tools, and soulful conversation.
What makes you qualified to help me?
I’m an ICF-accredited coach and NLP Master Practitioner with trauma-informed and holistic coaching training. I’m also a published self-development author — including the forthcoming The Anxious Attachment Recovery Solution — and have supported women worldwide to heal their hearts and reclaim their power. More importantly, I’ve lived this work: after two divorces and finding real love again, I know what it takes to rise from heartbreak and rebrand your self-worth with sass and soul.
How is this different from therapy or self-help books?
Therapy focuses on unpacking the past. Self-help books can inspire you, but usually leave you on your own. This coaching is hands-on, heart-led, and practical: you’ll get tools, guidance, and accountability to make real, lasting changes.
Do I need to be single to join?
Not at all. Whether you’re single, dating, or in a relationship, this is about YOU. When you upgrade your self-worth, your boundaries, confidence, and love life all rise with you.
How do the coaching sessions take place?
All sessions are via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world. We meet once a week for 60 minutes, and you’ll have light-touch support between sessions via message or email.
What if I’m nervous about opening up or don’t have time?
Totally normal — most women are! I meet you exactly where you are, with warmth, compassion, and a little sass. And the program is designed to fit your real life, giving you tools to reclaim energy, focus, and emotional freedom — saving you time and stress in the long run.
What if I’m not sure this is the right fit for me?
That’s why I offer a free clarity call. We’ll explore where you are, what you need, and see if this program feels aligned — no pressure, just honest guidance.
Is everything we talk about confidential?
Absolutely. What happens in our sessions stays between us. This is your safe space to heal, reflect, and grow.
